Team development & coaching
I work together with the manager and the team to achieve the defined goals. The number of team development sessions depends on the target definition and the situation of the team.
Reflection
Together we reflect on the team’s development and ensure the transfer into practice. We evaluate the change after 4-6 weeks and look at the successes achieved.
