About me
Hello, I am Elke Stumbeck.
My passion is coaching and consulting. This passion has developed during my many years as a senior manager in the HR department of international companies.
In recruiting and personnel development, we often talk about the right employee in the right position. You often have to develop yourself into the right position. My experience and also my interest is to work with people to enable the development they desire. I see myself as an accelerator in this process. Every person carries the solutions within them, but access to these solutions is often not easy to achieve.
My aim is to enable my clients to access their own resources and strengths, utilize their potential and thus find the best solution. And it always fits because you developed it yourself. This makes implementation easy.

For more than 23 years, I held management positions myself – with teams of up to 20 employees and managerial responsibility for managers. I am therefore familiar with the corporate world as an HR manager, member of management teams, project manager, program manager, coach and conflict resolver. I know the different perspectives and bring this experience as well as my specialist and leadership skills to all areas of my work today.
